Its Breakfast Time!!!
This is Portuguese Sausage Hash with three sunny side up eggs... A meal fit for a true local!
This is the traditional Portuguese Sausage, eggs, and rice! You can expect to see these two dishes in my restaurant some day! It has been a long time dream of mine to own and operate a successful local restaurant with foods from around the world. I think it would be boring if I just kept it to local food. I am slowly expanding my cooking abilities and knowledge about various ethnic dishes from the far east!!!
Ooddles of Noodles!!!
This is Chow Fun made with fresh Look Fun Noodles from Down Town China Town in Honolulu... It has taken me a long time to master cooking Chow Fun like they do at the Chinese restaurants on Oahu, but I finally mastered it! It tastes pretty close!!!
This is what we on Maui Call Dry Mein! This is a photo of a take out plate from Maui's famous Sam Sato's restaurant in Wailuku... Ive tried to make this at home before with the same exact noodles and ingredients, but I still need to master this noodle dish. Its served dry with broth on the side to loosen your noodles up. Sooooooo delicious!!!
