Brandon Hee: I'm Chef Hee! Cooking has been a part of my life ever since I can remember. My passion for food and cooking started when I was young watching my mom in the kitchen cooking all the delicious meals I grew up on. Over the years as I grew in maturity I ventured out on my own often coming home after school hungry, I would have to fend for myself and cook! It wasn't always a success, but from my failures I have learned how to cook the delicious foods I make today! Many of the techniques and recipes I use today came from my mother and watching her, but also from studying Food Network and watching YouTube. This blog is a compilation of some of the yummy dishes I've cooked over the years and hope to continue to add more pictures as I continue to cook!
