Home Made Pizza
Chloe's turn to make the dough!
That night I made an all veggie pizza with Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes!!! It was soooo delicious! At the Football (College house) house we love "Make your own Pizza" nights!!! We have a ton of fun and eat a lot!
Chili!!!
So this is my infamous chili! requested by many co-workers and friends..... One thing I like to do when I cook is make my food according to my liking and I make kidney bean less chili! I hate kidney beans so I don't put them in my chili... Its packed full of flavor and a lot of meat! I like my chili thick and a little sweet with brown sugar and I put a lot of Portuguese sausage, bacon, and ground beef!

Cinnamon Rolls!
I just thought i'd share some pics of making Cinnamon rolls!

Tashi loves my cinnamon rolls and often gets very excited!
It has been a long road of trial and... not so much error, but ive been perfecting the art of making cinnamon rolls and I think ive got a pretty good technique down! I dont often share recipes, but if there is a good one you have that I want I am usually willing to share it with you, but I like to keep it secret. All I gotta do now is work on a delicious frosting!
Cooking on the Mission!
Chow Fun, Pork Curry, and Spaghetti... dont ask me about this combo!
Cooking with elder Batemon! Fried rice, lemon chicken, chicken stir fry, rice noodles, and beef brocoli!
Biscuits n Gravy! with Kielbasa and eggs
 BBQ Beef Ribs!
Asian!!! I made crab hand rolls, bbq teri chicken, and fried rice!
One of my favorite meals ever!!! Corned beef n Cabbage
Me and Elder Rains making hamburger patties on the rez
Chili and cornbread for the small branch on the rez
Stir fry night! Helped to make $500 that night in food sales for the small community theater! It was a big hit and it was often requested while I served there... people still remember it!
Yes that is all steak! Mmmmmmmm!
My plate which consists of 80 percent beef, 15 percent potatoes and 5 percent cornbread! Typical mid west meal!
Cooking Ham and turkey for the Easter meal for the branch on the rez
Turkey!!!
 Lots of stuffing
First time making cinnamon rolls on the rez

Rolls!!!
While serving a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I have cooked a lot! I know people say that missionarys dont have a lot of time to cook, and are always on the run, but when you serve in a mission like the South Dakota Rapid City Mission.... Its a little different! Especially when serving on the rez in a town with 800 people... once you've taught all you can what else is a elder to do...... volunteer to cook stir fry for the community movie night! I thank Heavenly Father every day for my talent of cooking and I hope to be able to share it with the world some day!

Taro Chips
 Thinly Sliced
 Fried in vegetable oil
 Perfectly crisp and delicious
 A dash of sea salt
 The finished product
I've always wanted to make my own taro chips... but never had the taro to make them. I come home from school for summer and find the garden in shambles with only a few dwindling taro plants... This is the result of the harvest before we replanted! They taste just like the store bought ones or better! I will have a lot to make come the end of the year!

My Thai Masterpieces!
Thai Coconut Curry
 Chicken Pad Thai
Chicken summer rolls!
So lately I've had an addiction to Thai food thanks to Cameron Hee (my cousin) and Chloe Pellegrino (cam's gf) for dragging me to Kahuku and trying the "Thai food truck" I love Thai food... its so fresh and healthy I had to try and duplicate it! Creamy and spicy with carrots, onions, and eggplant, my Coconut curry was very delicious... Thanks to cam and chloe always cooking at her house I had to use my electric wok to cook it finding out last minute our only pot was gone. My pad Thai is smothered in grated carrots, bean sprouts and roasted peanuts! My summer rolls are a little non translucent due to cracked wrappers... I had to wrap them twice so you cant see whats inside. No where near the original but getting closer. I love a good challenge!
