Photo Masterpiece
I just wanted to give a shout out on my blog to my Korean cooking buddy James Choi! He shares the same passion with me and loves to take photos! This is a combo if cooking that we've done together! I love it and had to post it! Thanks James and all the other friends who make my life, a life worth living! Special thanks to God for blessing me with this talent!
My Famous Banana Bread!!!
Yep! Bake it in a 9x13 Buttered Pan!
This is the wok that has a few signatures of the people I cooked for on my mission!
Even though its been 3 years since my mission I still have it!
Many companions and other elders in the various zones ive served in have signed it!
President Cannons signature, Josh Imes, and Tabrizi!
This is just something I wanted to do to remember all the elders I served among and have shared this very recipe with. This recipe was and is known around the South Dakota Rapid City Mission and with all the adopted mission mothers, fathers, and family's!!!
Hee's Banana Bread!
Bowl 1
- 1 1/2C. Canola Oil
- 2C. White Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Mix these ingredients together and set aside

Bowl 2
- 8 to 10 Large Bananas slightly over ripe, and hand mashed (slightly chunky is great!!!)
Mash bowl two according to directions above, and mix with Bowl 1

Bowl 3
- 2 1/2C. Flour
- 4 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
It is important to make sure that all ingredients are sifted together well.

Once sifted well, add Mixed Bowl (1 and 2) to Bowl 3and mix till everything is incorporated... DO NOT OVER MIX!!! If you over mix it wont turn out as well! Pour mixture into a well buttered 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45min to an hour. Check with a tooth pic and make sure the center is cooked. Let cool to room temperature, cut, serve, and enjoy!

Thank you all for your love and support! I love to cook and hope to continue this on into the future! Love all of you guys!!!

How we do at our super bowl parties!!!
Super Bowl 2011 I made a ton of home made potstickers and we had some other goods too!
 Super Bowl 2012 Food Spread
Fried Rice, fried noodles, crab won tons, corned beef n kimchee won tons, and potstickers.
Grilled Corn on the cob, James' grilled chicken, and chloe's carbonara.

At our parties food is the main part of it! The past two super bowls at the house were so hectic getting all the food ready that the game its self is just noise in the background as we hustle to get the food ready to eat!!!
Thanksgiving 2011 At the Football house Hauula

 Shrimp Bread(Tashi), Wontons(James Choi) Sweet rolls(Me)

This past thanks giving was sure a feast!!! I spent pretty much the whole day cooking for the friends I love! I decided to spend Thanksgiving on Oahu with my friends because they couldnt afford to fly home and I just saw my family when we took my brother to the Missionary Training Center. Home Made Pizza
Chloe's turn to make the dough!
That night I made an all veggie pizza with Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes!!! It was soooo delicious! At the Football (College house) house we love "Make your own Pizza" nights!!! We have a ton of fun and eat a lot!
Chili!!!
So this is my infamous chili! requested by many co-workers and friends..... One thing I like to do when I cook is make my food according to my liking and I make kidney bean less chili! I hate kidney beans so I don't put them in my chili... Its packed full of flavor and a lot of meat! I like my chili thick and a little sweet with brown sugar and I put a lot of Portuguese sausage, bacon, and ground beef!

Cinnamon Rolls!
I just thought i'd share some pics of making Cinnamon rolls!

Tashi loves my cinnamon rolls and often gets very excited!
It has been a long road of trial and... not so much error, but ive been perfecting the art of making cinnamon rolls and I think ive got a pretty good technique down! I dont often share recipes, but if there is a good one you have that I want I am usually willing to share it with you, but I like to keep it secret. All I gotta do now is work on a delicious frosting!
