My Famous Banana Bread!!!
Yep! Bake it in a 9x13 Buttered Pan!
This is the wok that has a few signatures of the people I cooked for on my mission!
Even though its been 3 years since my mission I still have it!
Many companions and other elders in the various zones ive served in have signed it!
President Cannons signature, Josh Imes, and Tabrizi!
This is just something I wanted to do to remember all the elders I served among and have shared this very recipe with. This recipe was and is known around the South Dakota Rapid City Mission and with all the adopted mission mothers, fathers, and family's!!!
Hee's Banana Bread!
Bowl 1
- 1 1/2C. Canola Oil
- 2C. White Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Mix these ingredients together and set aside

Bowl 2
- 8 to 10 Large Bananas slightly over ripe, and hand mashed (slightly chunky is great!!!)
Mash bowl two according to directions above, and mix with Bowl 1

Bowl 3
- 2 1/2C. Flour
- 4 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
It is important to make sure that all ingredients are sifted together well.

Once sifted well, add Mixed Bowl (1 and 2) to Bowl 3and mix till everything is incorporated... DO NOT OVER MIX!!! If you over mix it wont turn out as well! Pour mixture into a well buttered 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45min to an hour. Check with a tooth pic and make sure the center is cooked. Let cool to room temperature, cut, serve, and enjoy!

Thank you all for your love and support! I love to cook and hope to continue this on into the future! Love all of you guys!!!
