Boneless Fried Chicken!

So one day I was thinking about food.... like I always am, and I thought... Fried chicken would be way better if you didn't have to worry about the bone in the middle! Thus the idea of boneless fried chicken popped into my head. I hope to perfect a recipe and have it in my restaurant!
